Atlas Of The Human Heart is a large-scale garden installation by Simone Eisler that explores our journey through conception, identity, love, displacement and diaspora to new forms of cross-cultural hybridity.

The work draws inspiration from biology, the garden and family history and sets human settlement and domesticity against the larger picture of nature's evolution and survival.

Atlas Of The Human Heart, 2018, installation detail, mixed media, bones, feathers, collage, jewellery, lace, copper, amongst other materials embellished on hand cast plaster forms.
